Overview:

HomeLinkd is a leading American marketplace website dedicated to helping users discover the best internet, TV, and home security deals from top providers across the United States. In a saturated market where connectivity and convenience reign, HomeLinkd needed a standout identity that spoke to the American consumer’s needs for accessibility, reliability, and simplicity.

Objective:

The goal was to establish HomeLinkd as a trusted, go-to platform for households seeking optimized connectivity and security solutions. I designed and built HomeLinkd’s brand identity from the ground up, ensuring every element of the visual language aligned with its mission and values. The project also included developing a comprehensive brand guide to streamline creative direction and uphold brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.

Execution:

  1. Brand Identity Design:
    • Logo & Iconography: I crafted a logo that embodies HomeLinkd’s focus on connection and accessibility, emphasizing simplicity and trust. Complementary icons were created to represent each service offering—internet, TV, and home security.
    • Color Palette & Typography: A clean, approachable color palette was chosen to convey reliability and professionalism, while modern typography reflected HomeLinkd’s innovative edge in the marketplace.
    • Visual Language: The design language was crafted to be friendly and easy to navigate, with imagery and layouts that feel welcoming and user-centric, supporting HomeLinkd's role as a helper in users' lives.
  2. Brand Guide Development:
    • The brand guide provides in-depth guidelines for typography, logo usage, color hierarchy, and visual elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Guidelines were also included for digital and print assets, covering everything from website banners and social media posts to email templates and in-app visuals.

Outcome:

HomeLinkd’s new brand identity has solidified its position as a trusted and approachable marketplace in the connectivity sector. The cohesive and professional branding resonates with users, helping HomeLinkd establish a recognizable presence across all marketing channels and enhancing user engagement and brand loyalty.
